We provide full-service A / E design and support services across the entire lifecycle of our clients' facilities and assist our clients to reach their capital improvement goals.

JOB SUMMARY

Contribute to the successful delivery of contracted services through production of accurate construction cost estimates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce detailed construction cost estimates in accordance with client requirements.
• Provide input to the A / E team in regard to potential issues impacting cost estimates.
• Coordination with design team from inception to completion on a project-specific basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred.

Experience : 5+ years recent construction cost estimating experience for large scale commercial construction projects. Federal and / or healthcare a plus.

License : Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) preferred
