• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors to enhance market presence.

• Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and budget proposals.
