Revenue Strategy Manager

As a Revenue Strategy Manager, you'll be part of a world-class team that drives high-level revenue strategies and target setting across our portfolio. Your expertise will help maximize REVPAR and profit while ensuring alignment of pricing and strategy throughout MGMRI.

The day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Lead analysis to determine the optimal mix of business across MGM Resorts.
  • Recommend cross-property revenue strategies to senior leadership for enterprise alignment.
  • Support development of high-level strategic plans to achieve profit and REVPAR targets.
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, including pricing and brand value benchmarking.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency within the Revenue Management Strategy department.
  • Communicate performance insights to corporate stakeholders.
  • Drive execution of profit improvement initiatives and seek innovation through external networking.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning.
  • Champion a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance.
  • Exceptional communication skillswritten, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
