Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in customer support or account management position.
• Valid state drivers license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle required for travel to customer sites.
• Some experience with the criminal justice system preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Proficient computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on quality customer service.
• Strong ability to diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and prioritize tasks appropriately.
• Ability to meet contractual deadlines.
• Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with upset or escalated calls.

Responsibilities

Summary :

The EM Site Supervisor is responsible for management of a 24 / 7 electronic monitoring program. Provides close, continuous support through on-site technical support, troubleshooting, training, report analysis, and programmatic assistance and guidance. Serves as the liaison for all aspects of contract compliance and program performance. Assigns individual staff responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage of electronic monitoring and house arrest programs to meet customer requirements.
