IN-OFFICE POSITION (Hybrid available once trained.)

Work to be completed between 9 am - 5 pm EST (M-F).

IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS :

• Minimum 3 years of experience and can demonstrate basic bookkeeping & accounting knowledge in a skills assessment.
• Every day, you will bang out a list of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff.
• You geek out over organization and can handle being on the computer the majority of the day.
• You will be working with numbers, and specifically in QuickBooks, so be prepared to conquer.
• You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences, and who feels good by making other people feel good.
• We prefer accuracy over speed because the details matter. You don't race through work and get things done half-assed, you do them right.
• We are looking for a good, fun person, who gets their stuff done. (Oh, and we occasionally swear at the office... not much... but sometimes a joke is only funny with an F-bomb).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

Reconcile, close the month, and review financials for approximately 25-30 small businesses on your roster each month within your goal time.

Deliver world-class service by receiving 5 Star Reviews from each of your clients each quarter on your roster.

Take ownership of your work and utilize training feedback to develop your skills as measured by your trainer and Divisional Director.

Communication is everything. Respond to teammates within 60 minutes (OR LESS) and to clients within 24 hours or less.
