Cross-selling and upselling services to enhance client protection. Managing policy changes, processing payments, and handling claim follow-ups. Delivering outstanding customer service and elevating customer concerns when necessary. Supporting the agencys goals through collaboration, professionalism, and accountability. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset. Skilled at identifying needs and solving problems effectively. Committed to professionalism and integrity in every interaction. 35 years of customer service experience (insurance experience a plus). Passion for helping others and improving lives through insurance solutions. Ability to meet / exceed sales targets. Active State Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain with our support. Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
