As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We have a traditional 5-day workweek with shifts 8 AM - 5 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. $20,000 sign on bonus available for full-time positions, paid out over three years. This is in addition to protected base salary and eligibility for treatment-based incentives.Base salary starting $70,000-84,000 annually based on experience and interview. Base salary is protected from client cancellations, makeups, or reschedules. $20,000 in incentive is available in addition to base salary, and is stackable with eligible sign on / referral bonuses.Flexible scheduling options that fit your needs : 5 day and 4 day workweeks, salaried full time and hourly part time options.
