Job description

Service Administrator

Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader / group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team in El Cajon, CA.

Will make an impact in the following ways :

  • Provide administrative and operational support for a team or department.
  • Gather, verify, and input data accurately into reports, presentations, and internal systems.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as correspondence, invoices, and departmental procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and departmental activities.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and report generation to support business decisions.
  • Respond to and redirect internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support departmental improvement projects and process documentation efforts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

External Qualifications and Competencies

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following :

  • Experience providing administrative or data support in an office or operational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative team approach.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools is an asset.
  • Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position

    Customer Focus : Keeping our customers informed and satisfied is a top priority. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external clients is a must.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications : High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience : Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    Compensation and Benefits
