Job descriptionSupport full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations Process and review biweekly payroll for 100+ employees across multiple entities Ensure accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with wage and hour laws Assist with payroll tax reporting and HR metrics as needed Maintain employee records and support HR policy implementation Partner with managers to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture 2+ years of HR or payroll experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll processes Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
