Job Description

We are looking for an Workday Enterprise Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in CAIs internal technology team. Partnering across the enterprise, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale technology implementations, supporting CAIs future growth. The Enterprise Solution Architect will have regular exposure and interactions with CAIs executive team and must be comfortable managing multiple priorities. This position will be full-time and remote.

Responsibilities

• Understand and transform business requirements into scalable / manageable solution architecture and design specifications
• Lead and participate in the design and implementation of significant applications
• Provide strategic direction and help lead efforts to optimize core Workday ERP & HCM application suite
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture patterns to create a high degree of solution agility
• Identify and mitigate existing business risk(s) associated with solution architecture
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure business needs are delivered in accordance with strategic direction, project expectations, and business priority
• Design and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions
• Collaborate with various departments to identify their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide guidance and direction to IT teams on technology standards and best practices
• Ensure solutions are aligned with the enterprise architecture and IT strategy
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
