Become a Precision Machining Operator at Our Facility

Imagine a role where every moment spent is contributing to high-performance precision manufacturing. As a Precision Machining Operator, you will fill an essential role on a team dedicated to excellence. Overtime is available both days and nights, with night shifts earning a premium.

Your Daily Adventure

Kick-off each day knowing safety is our unwavering commitment. Embrace the opportunity to set up and manipulate CNC and manual grinders for intricate tasks like ID, OD, and form grinding.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Navigating complex blueprints to meticulously plot and execute grinding sequences.
  • Engaging with both common and rare metals while ensuring equipment and process optimization.
  • Using top-tier precision instruments to validate our high standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that refine our quality management practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • In-depth knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading, endorsed by troubleshooting and production setup experience.
  • Effectively determine sequences for equipment like grinding magnets and sine plates.

  • Physical demands include prolonged standing and occasional lifting, supported by overhead crane operation.
