Residential Public Area Attendant
The Residential Public Area Attendant is part of the Residence Team and reports to the Residences Assistant Manager.
The Residential Public Area Attendant works with a highly skilled residence team to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout the building. This starts with ensuring the finest details are attended to, and all surfaces are spot free.
What You Will Do :
- Cheerfully greet residents by name, provide discreet service, and be mindful of noise in resident areas
- Complete daily work assignments and manage time efficiently
- Attend to details, report any repairs or maintenance
- Inspect and clean corridors, stairwells, elevators and public areas
- Assist with responsibilities and duties of other team members when necessary to cover absences, or high business volumes.
What You Bring :
Two years experience in housekeeping, public area and residential experience beneficialHas a positive attitude and strong work ethicAble to communicate effectively in EnglishAble to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with minimum supervision.Able to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.Be a team player and willing to jump in to assist during high business volumesWhat We Offer :
