Compensation & Incentives Hourly Pay : $32.00–$40.00 (10 yrs exp.) up to $48.00 / hr (17 yrs exp.) Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 – Day Shift $10,000 – Night Shift Shift Differentials : Nights : $4.25 / hr Weekends (Fri 11p–Sun 11p) : $3.00 / hr Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case approval Shifts Available Mixed (Rotating Weekends) Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary As an ER RN, you’ll care for patients across all acuity levels—from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. You’ll manage multiple cases, collaborate closely with providers, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
