Therapist Supervisor
Position : Full-Time
Location : Riverside, CA
Salary : $120,000–$130,000 annually
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
As a Therapist Supervisor, you’ll be the guiding force behind a skilled team of therapists working to deliver effective, evidence-based mental health care. You’ll oversee clinical practice, provide mentorship, and help develop systems that improve both staff performance and client outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Offer supervision, coaching, and evaluation for licensed and pre-licensed therapists.
- Ensure documentation, treatment plans, and assessments meet agency standards.
- Conduct case reviews and maintain quality across all clinical services.
- Collaborate with directors to implement training and process improvements.
- Support onboarding, compliance, and workflow management for clinical staff.
