General Summary : This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Operate within USDA / HACCP guidelines.
• Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.
• Produce products that meet or exceed the customers' (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Basic Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; College Degree preferred
