Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements staffing strategies, including sourcing approaches and interview processes
Maintains strong relationships with leaders and hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
Organizes and leads post-interview debriefs with interview teams and candidates
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Preferred 5-7 years of relevant recruiting experience
