Registered Dental Hygienist

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team, Complete Smiles Mountain View, West Jordan, UT.

In this role you’ll provide preventive dental hygiene care, assist in maintaining a calm and positive patient experience, collaborate with the dental team, and uphold the high standards of our practice.

Key Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling, root planning when indicated, and polishing.

Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal screenings, and charting.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care and home-care routines.

Assist in maintaining up-to-date patient records and infection control protocols.

Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and scheduling.

Uphold the practice’s mission of gentle, patient-focused dentistry and contribute positively to our team culture.

Qualifications & Skills Valid Utah Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.

Proficiency in preventive hygiene care and patient education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with a diverse patient base.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental practice while maintaining precision and attention to detail.

Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support practice growth and positive patient experiences.
