Primary Duties :

• Provide high-level executive and administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications in support of hospital operations and leadership initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgeting and purchasing tasks, including invoice processing and tracking.
• Serve as a professional liaison between the SVP, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate special projects, leadership meetings, and hospital events with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Minimum Qualifications :

This position has a hiring range of USD $59,820.00 - USD $101,836.00 / Yr.
