Summary
A leading law firm is seeking a driven Estate Planning Attorney to join its established and highly regarded Estate Planning practice. The ideal candidate will collaborate with partners and associates on complex estate, trust, and wealth preservation matters, serving high-net-worth individuals and families. This position offers hybrid flexibility, meaningful client interaction, and growth within one of the nation’s most respected legal networks.
What You’ll Do
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyAdvise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategiesCollaborate with partners on trust administration and wealth transfer planningConduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate planning issuesSupport clients with probate filings and estate administrationMaintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverablesExperience You’ll Need
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school2–3 years of estate planning experience in private practice or boutique firmActive Kentucky Bar License (or eligibility to waive in)Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and trust lawExcellent writing, research, and communication skillsOur client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days
