How You Will Make An Impact
- Analyze, design, implement and maintain global Service Management solutions to support business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document systems, business process requirements and gaps between the SAP global template through workshops, meetings, and site visits.
- Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S / 4.
- Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements.
- Take part in design, build, test, data migration and training activities during the project, as well as support activities after go-live.
- Manage and prioritize the Service Management enhancement backlog.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
What You Will Bring To The Role
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Service Management.SAP certification is a plus.Experience with in‑house repair, Field Service and Service Contract processes.Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Ability to travel up to 25%.Seniority level
