This individual will balance strategy with execution, providing architectural direction while remaining deeply engaged in design and implementation. The role requires experience building secure, scalable solutions in a regulated environment, and supporting member engagement through personalized outbound marketing.

In this role your Key Performance Areas (KPAs) will be :

System design and implementation

• Lead the design and operation of large-scale data pipelines and analytics on Databricks
• Architect and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform / Terragrunt
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and monitoring systems
