Project Manager - Industrial Construction

Location : Louisville, KY (On-site)

Hourly Rate : $45.67 - $62.50 (based on experience)

Equivalent to $95,000 - $130,000 annual salary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing complex projects for large-scale construction efforts.

Candidates must have experience in building construction and be able to handle project planning for :

• Construction of a 4000 sqft building with one floor.
• Adding meters (instruments) to process lines like steam, compressed air, etc.
• Upgrading security systems at the site level.
• Some minor small projects.

This contract role requires a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week, depending on project needs, and runs from July 2025 through March 2026. The position is fully on-site and open only to U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.
