Position : Operations Specialist (Level III)

Location : Pennington, NJ (Hybrid 3days in office, 2 days remote)

Contract : 12 / 22 / 2025- 06 / 21 / 2025, potential for extension or perm placement

Shift : M-F, 40 hours a week 8am to 5pm

Pay Range : $22.29 / hour paid weekly.

Job Description : This position is an Operations Analyst role within the Wealth Management Performance Operations group. This group is responsible for maintaining timely and accurate reporting of client performance returns for the Private Bank network. The firm houses client data on a custodial platform (PACE), which feed client account activity into a vendor platform, First Rate, which is used for completing performance measurement and analytics. The analyst will support the network of Portfolio Managers and other Private Bank personnel with all aspects related to performance measurement and reporting.

• Supports Private Bank inquiries
