Pay : $23.50 / hour
Experience : Proven administrative or office coordination experience; 2 years preferred.
Education : High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or related coursework preferred.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 45 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Job Description :
- Serve as the on-site administrative point of contact, welcoming visitors, contractors, and residents.
- Perform data entry, filing, and documentation related to occupancy, services, and site operations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital resident records and project files.
- Support scheduling and coordination of team meetings, inspections, and vendor visits.
- Prepare memos, forms, notices, and correspondence for residents and staff.
- Track inventory and supplies, and assist with ordering materials or equipment when needed.
- Assist with basic reporting, timesheets, and expense logs as directed by the site supervisor.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Assist the On-Site Property Manager with projects, deadlines, and site directives.
- Track, sort, and record keys and other property-specific items while maintaining secure records.
Position Requirements :
Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahaina and remain on-island for the assignment period.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting tasks.Professional and courteous interpersonal skills for greeting visitors and coordinating with contractors and residents.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.Comfortable working in a construction / housing services environment and following safety guidelines.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Bilingual or local language fluency is a plus.Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively with on-site supervisors and team members.Employers Options is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
