Position Summary :
A well-established company in the automotive retail and finance industry is seeking an Account Representative to join their Bluffton, IN team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do :
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone to service and collect on accounts
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on past-due accounts
- Assist with dealership operations, lot presentation, and field visits
- Ensure accounts stay on track through excellent customer service
