Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nephrologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Houston, Texas . This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality renal care across inpatient, outpatient, and home-based settings. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional clinical expertise, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a strong interest in advancing quality outcomes through value-based medicine.

Requirements :

Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

Board certification in Nephrology.

Current state medical license and DEA registration without restrictions.

Strong clinical background with experience caring for patients with kidney diseases across a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis .

Commitment to patient-centered care and shared decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Experience with value-based care models , quality improvement methodologies , and population health management preferred.

Minimum Education : Doctorate Degree (MD or DO).

Must be willing to visit patients both in their homes and virtually.

Must be available for a full-time, permanent schedule (Monday thru Friday) .

Please note : this is not a part-time, locum, or contract role.

Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday
