We recognize that excellent employees are critical for mission success, and to achieve that goal we are seeking a proven leader and experienced Development Manager to help improve and optimize Carshield systems. We are looking for you to apply your expertise through technical design, application development and implementation on mission critical systems.  We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about designing robust, maintainable, and innovative solutions to software and user interface needs. Responsibilities include providing technical direction to junior developers, helping to translate business needs into modern software solutions, maintaining and enhancing existing applications, debugging production issues, and customizing delivered functionality.
