Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities for mixed commercial projects in the Atlanta area. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address delays or issues. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and plans. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and inspections. Work closely with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate cost control and resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of superintendent or construction management experience, preferably in mixed commercial projects (retail, office, light industrial, tenant improvements, etc.). Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple subcontractors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and digital reporting. Local experience in the Atlanta market strongly preferred.
