A company is looking for a Senior Associate Customer Business Manager - Specialty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with assigned Specialty customers and serve as the primary day-to-day contact
Collaborate with Sales Leads to develop and execute Annual Business Plans that drive profitable growth
Analyze customer insights and data to provide actionable recommendations and support accurate forecasting
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience in CPG sales, analytics, or category management
Proven ability to develop actionable growth strategies from data analysis
Strong project leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Experience in building partnerships and driving results with retail partners
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, Luminate)
