Job descriptionMinimum of five (5) years of litigation experience. At least 5+ years of insurance defense and / or trucking litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in Indiana. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to handle constructive criticism. Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills and proficiency in using Westlaw. Develop and implement case strategies. Conduct depositions. Attend mediations. Draft complex motions. Actively participate at trial. Salary Type : Annual Salary Salary Min : $ 135000 Salary Max : $ 175000 Currency Type : USD
