We are seeking a Business Development Executive ready to thrive in a competitive environment. In this role, you'll focus on generating new business, increasing market share, and building a robust revenue pipeline. Compensation & Work Environment :
On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $115,000 - $119,000 per year
Starting Salary : $60,000+
Monthly Commission : Uncapped
Auto Allowance : Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly mileage reimbursement
Work Environment : Field-based / remote role requiring up to 75% travel
Your Responsibilities :
- Drive New Business : Actively identify and secure new clients through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Expand & Retain Accounts : Cultivate trusted relationships with clients to enhance service offerings and ensure retention.
- Promote Our Services : Educate clients on MultiPro's comprehensive range of property solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work in partnership with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage Proposals & Bids : Create tailored proposals and facilitate project handoffs effectively.
- Support Service Launches : Assist in defining job scopes and protocols for successful launches.
- Represent MultiPro : Attend industry events and client meetings to enhance market presence.
Your Qualifications :
Sales Experience : Minimum of 2 years in outside sales, preferably in the services or construction sectors.Proven Track Record : A strong history of acquiring new clients and expanding accounts.Solution-Based Sales Expertise : Ability to ask insightful questions and address client pain points.Market Insight : Skill in analyzing market trends and client needs.CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.Negotiation Skills : Advanced skills in influencing and closing deals.Strong Communicator : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Tech-Savvy : Competency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.Professional & Driven : High level of professionalism and accountability.Team Player : Ability to collaborate with various teams in dynamic settings.Valid Driver's License : Frequent travel is essential for this role.Why Choose Us?
