We are looking for a Project Manager for Electrical Products. This position reports to the EP Manager, Project Management Organization. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute mid-level complexity projects. This position allows for remote working with some work travel will be required.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities :

• Project manager for multiple projects across the country
• Support project stakeholders on day-to-day activities.
• Attend Factory Witness Tests
• Create baseline project schedules and reset customer expectations (if required) upon project kickoff.
• Set firm expectations on expected product release dates.
• Ability to work with Compas to make configuration changes related to project changes or material adds to orders.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Ability to increase business unit margins through positive value adds on change orders, price escalations and selling extended warranties.
• Track and keep customers updated on pressing project issues.
• Track ship shorts
• Provide Financial Invoice Summaries and reconciliation support to closeout project at the completion of contracted scope of supply.
• Coordinate deliveries with project site
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements across organizations.
• Applies skills to resolve complex problems to ensure successful delivery of projects pursuant to customer deliverables and agreed upon contract terms.
• Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and / or cross-functional problems.
• Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems through the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, processes, and lessons learned.
• Complies with Siemens policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ownership of project with minimal intervention from Sales.
• Will assist and support in warranty related claims while balancing best bottom-line results and customer experience.

Project Manager must possess the following capabilities :

Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
