Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity :

We are seeking an Assistant Controller with strong accounting and tax expertise, along with excellent interpersonal skills, to support ongoing growth and expansion while ensuring compliance with all local reporting requirements. This role reports to the Group Senior Controller and works closely with tax consultants and auditors to deliver cohesive and effective outcomes.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team :

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards including US GAAP, IFRS, and federal and state tax laws
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reporting of all financial data
• Oversee daily accounting operations, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and reporting requirements (Forms 1099, 1042, and W-9)
• Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Group Senior Controller and Chief Accounting Officer to address financial or external issues and develop processes for managing them effectively
• Partner with controllership teams to align with group objectives and planning initiatives
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal controls to maintain financial data integrity

Pay Range :

Starting Base : $170,000 annually
