HR Coordinator
Our client is a prestigious luxury fashion brand! They are eager to have an HR Coordinator start ASAP in a contract capacity. Salary / Hourly Rate : $25 / hr - $30 / hr
Position Overview : The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate for the HR Coordinator role will be professionally polished, energetic, and will have prior experience in luxury retail!
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator :
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager's full-cycle recruitment process regarding LinkedIn posts, ATS platform, and job descriptions
- Send offer letters and initiate background checks
- Schedule candidates with the HR team and Hiring Managers
- Support the onboarding of all corporate new hires
- Draft all promotion and salary change letters
- Prepare all company HR announcements
- Coordinate exit interviews and off-boardings
- Update organization charts and employee profiles
- Provide administrative support in the annual performance review process
- Provide day-to-day support for ad-hoc projects, reports, etc.
Qualifications for the HR Coordinator :
1 - 2 years of HR experience is requiredExperience in the retail industry or luxury industry is preferredStrong Excel skillsStrong communication skillAbility to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexibleEducation Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
