Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and governance for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Coordinate across multiple departments to manage dependencies and maintain stakeholder alignment
Establish consistent communication frameworks and ensure timely delivery of customer programs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of program or project management experience in a software or technology company
Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear business outcomes
PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
Familiarity with Salesforce or other project management tools is a plus
