Job Description : As a JR. Sous Chef at EEG, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BOH operations, a proven track record of cooking fundamentals leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a JR. Sous Chef , you will be in a pivotal role ensuring the success of our establishments, overseeing operations and leading a team dedicated to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Assign, delegate and lead with enthusiasm.

Collaborate with the sous chef and executive chef in day-to-day operations of the BOH, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
