We’re Hiring : Lead Generation Specialist

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who loves building pipelines and driving business growth? We’re looking for a Lead Gen Specialist to help fuel our sales engine by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads that keep our operations thriving.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential prospects across target markets
  • Manage and track leads through CRM / ERP systems (experience with NetSuite or similar is a big plus!)
  • Support outbound campaigns, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and conversion strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and pipeline progress
  • Assist with reporting to track KPIs and overall lead gen effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in lead generation, sales support, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
