We are looking for a people-focused, results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our Henderson, TN manufacturing facility. This role is critical in supporting our workforce and leadership team, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring 35 years of HR leadership experience, including a strong background in unionized environments.

How You Will Help

Serve as the primary HR leader for the Henderson, TN and Guntersville, AL Plants, supporting approximately 125 employees.

Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.

Manage labor relations, including contract interpretation, grievance handling, and union engagement.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership and corporate HR.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

35 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Proven experience working with unionized workforces and labor contracts.

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
