Job descriptionDevelop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules to meet key milestones. Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. Monitor and manage on-site budgets to ensure cost-effective operations. Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising quality or safety. Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all project phases. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards and design specifications. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure productivity, safety, and quality performance. Serve as the main point of contact between on-site personnel and project management teams. Maintain daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and safety documentation. Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project ) for tracking progress and reporting. Experience : 3–5+ years in construction management or site supervision, with a strong background in wood-frame residential or ground-up construction . Technical Skills : Proficiency in Procore , Microsoft Project , and Microsoft Office Suite . Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering , or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
