NeoGenomics is looking for a Biomedical Coordinator in their Aliso Viejo location who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This position is for a Monday Friday, onsite, day shift.

Position Summary

The Biomedical Coordinator maintains the quality and accuracy of the Qualer CMMS database of laboratory equipment maintenance throughout NeoGenomics, assists in the processing of work orders through the Qualer ticketing system, and manages all points of work involving 3rd party vendors. Additionally coordinators may be tasked with projects involving the laboratory equipment or CMMS program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of Qualer CMMS
• Work with Quality representatives to ensure Qualer's continued 21 CFR compliance
• Ensure coordinators accurately manage 3rd party vendors; scheduling and paperwork
• Ensure Qualer CMMS automation is maintained and controlled while continuing to build out new automations through the use of the coordinator team
• Maintain good documenting practices on all equipment maintenance and repairs
• Effectively communicate all maintenance or building related events to affected personnel
• Identify trends, unusual activity, and repeated activity and report to management to assist in continuously improving the department
• Produce annual improvement recommendations to department leadership for system improvements, including procedural steps, additional training, and / or documentation enhancements
