Erika’s Lighthouse is a non‑profit organization that believes that every student should have the knowledge and tools they need to care for their mental health. We’re proud to provide our high-quality, comprehensive depression education and suicide prevention curriculum to school districts across the country, at zero cost. Addressing our youth mental health crisis requires collective action. Following our Four Pillar Philosophy, the Erika’s Lighthouse curriculum includes classroom education, empowerment clubs, family engagement, and policy and staff training. Erika’s Lighthouse has grown substantially over the past four years. The organization has more than quadrupled its annual revenue, with increases across every fundraising campaign, from a half‑million to over two million. The organization’s strategic plan, Impact 2030, calls for a continued approach with substantial increases in revenue. By 2030 Erika’s Lighthouse will be an $6.5 M+ per year organization. This position has the opportunity to significantly impact growth and drive Erika’s Lighthouse as an even more prominent national thought‑leader. The Corporate Engagement Manager is a dynamic, creative, and driven individual, with a direct reporting relationship to the Annual Fund Director and significant collaborator with the Executive Director. The position is primarily focused on business development with an emphasis on creating strategic partnerships with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and other healthcare / corporate entities. The remaining time will be dedicated to general corporate support, stewardship, and employee engagement initiatives.
This candidate should have a passion for the mission of raising awareness about adolescent depression. Benefits are provided with a salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 per year, 3% of salary retirement match, health insurance, and competitive time off. A clear set of metrics is provided to earn annual raises up to 7.5% annually along with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities
Business Development (75%)
Proactively research, identify, and cultivate a robust pipeline of MCOs and other integrated health systems for long‑term strategic and funding partnerships.Develop and present compelling, evidence‑informed proposals and business cases that align Erika’s Lighthouse’s adolescent depression programs with MCO goals, such as improving patient outcomes, driving preventative care, enhancing member engagement, and addressing health‑related social needs.Lead negotiation of strategic partnership agreements and contracts with corporate entities and payers, in consultation with the Executive Director, ensuring compliance with policies.Analyze market trends, policies, and payer priorities to ensure Erika's Lighthouse's programming remains competitive and relevant for MCO partnerships and funding.General Corporate Support (25%)
Achieve or exceed annual revenue goals by securing new corporate grants, sponsorships and other funding opportunities.Maintain and actively manage a portfolio of corporate prospects, guiding them through the full moves management cycle from identification and qualification to solicitation and stewardship.Facilitate meaningful corporate engagement through employee engagement and volunteerism.Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience will be more heavily considered.At least 3‑5 years of experience in fundraising or business development. If you have no fundraising or development experience do not apply.Erika’s Lighthouse offers a hybrid work environment with on‑site work two‑days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Candidates must be able to work on‑site two days a week.Preferred knowledge of technology including HubSpot and Google Workspace.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers, staff, funders and other related agencies and stakeholders.Ability to work strategically within a team structure as well as independently.Dependability, good time management and organizational skills, and attentiveness to detail.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with enthusiasm for the mission and the ability to engage and inspire others.Experience and interest in internal and external communications, corporate development, and fundraising techniques.Must be able to pass a background check.Employment Information
