Overview

Director, Engagement Strategy role at CMI Media Group. Lead the development and delivery of strategic, cross-channel media campaigns in the healthcare space, guiding and inspiring teams to achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Architect of Omnichannel Excellence : Lead the development of innovative cross-channel media strategies, leveraging the healthcare landscape to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.
  • Guide Strategic Vision & Execution : Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and ensuring tactical plans align with brand goals and business objectives.
  • Cultivate Strategic Client Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with key client contacts, becoming a trusted strategic advisor who understands needs and exceeds expectations.
  • Champion Innovation & Thought Leadership : Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving media landscape, identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and technologies to maximize campaign impact.
  • Empower a High-Performing Team : Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning, providing tools, resources, and support for the team to thrive.

What You'll Bring

  • Strategic Mastermind : 8+ years of hands-on media planning across all channels, with a proven track record in cross-channel strategies within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
  • Leadership & Vision : Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Client-Centric Approach : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Industry Expertise : Deep understanding of pharmaceutical and patient markets, with knowledge of online and offline media channels including traditional, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms.
  • Passion for Healthcare : Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to positively impact patient lives.

    • The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range from $90,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
