The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for the following :

• Being the first point of contact for our members and guests
• Ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
• Greeting members and guests with nature and sincere gestures.
• Taking room reservations
• Handling check ins and check outs
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
