License : Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License

Must-Have :

• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
• COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) required.

Description :

For holiday coverage, travelers are required to work two of the following :

Requesting to end assignments in November or before the holiday starts in December will not be considered for an extension at the beginning of the next year.

All requests for time off during the course of this assignment must be noted at the time of profile submission.

No more than three days of time off will be accepted.

This position requires current ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications to be included with profile submission.

It is mandatory to have these certifications available at the time of application; the facility will not consider offers without them.

Any scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission, and the facility will not approve requests made after the offer is extended.

Work history and a skills checklist pertinent to the position must be provided, with references signed by a supervisor from within the past two years of employment.
