Compensation : $200,000-$270,000 base + bonus + full benefits

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Outpatient Only

HireTalent Health is partnering with a mission-driven, physician-led primary care organization redefining healthcare through value-based senior care.

Physicians focus on prevention, relationships, and better outcomes- not high-volume quotas or RVUs.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a Primary Care Physician for senior patients (Medicare Advantage).
• Provide preventive, chronic, and relationship-based care with an average of 18-22 patients per day.
• Work with a full support team : including an RN, Medical Assistant, and Care Coordinator.
• Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
• Engage patients through health coaching, education, and ongoing care coordination.
