Events And Sales Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and executing various events while supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a knack for building relationships with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
 - Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
 - Respond to client inquiries and follow up with leads to help convert them into sales.
 - Research potential clients and identify new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
 - Maintain an organized database of events, contacts, and sales leads for effective tracking and communication.
 - Collaborate with marketing to promote events and enhance brand visibility through various channels.
 
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in event planning or sales support is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Benefits
