The Assistant Wholesale Manager will support fyb’s wholesale operations, account management, and sales growth. Focused on relationship-building and execution, you’ll work closely with our Founder and VP of Sales to nurture current accounts and drive new opportunities.
The Role :
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with boutique + major retail partners
- Attend in-market trade shows (including booth set up and break down) as well as monthly travel for store appointments and prospecting
- Help identify and prospect new wholesale accounts that align with the fyb brand
- Support assortment planning, order entry, reorders, and PO tracking
- Help organize in-store events, training, and outreach when needed
- Work with our production team to ensure accurate inventory allocation and on-time shipments
- Support wholesale calendar planning (market, launches, holidays)
