Job Summary and Qualifications

This role leads the development and execution of paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels to support enterprise-wide marketing goals, including brand awareness, patient acquisition, and service line growth. The director collaborates across departments, manages external agencies, and ensures campaigns are integrated, data-driven, and performance-optimized.

What you will do this role :

Design and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, programmatic, print, and broadcast.

Integrate paid media with owned and earned marketing efforts.

Oversee ad operations, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Manage media agencies and vendor relationships.

Develop and manage media budgets.

Monitor industry trends and drive innovation.

Conduct media mix analysis and deliver quarterly business reviews.

Lead end-to-end campaign management and reporting.

What qualifications you will need :

Bachelor's Degree Required

7+ years in paid media strategy and campaign management.

Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and executive reporting.

Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
