QualityLogic is a leader in the development of test tools that ensure the interoperability of DER systems deployed in the smart grid, including smart inverters, storage, EV chargers and EVs. QualityLogic is seeking a software engineer to support the development of test systems for the emerging smart inverter and EV infrastructure. The ideal candidate has knowledge of programming grid simulator, power analyzer, oscilloscope and other equipment using SCPI language and IEEE 1547 grid support functions that these DER systems must comply with. Our product automated execution of these grid code functions by controlling and managing these types of equipment during the test execution. Candidate should have basic knowledge of IEEE 1547 grid support functions or other similar standards.
Location : Simi Valley, CA, with an option for a hybrid schedule.
