The Squarespace Technical Program Management (TPM) team is looking for a Senior TPM to support our mission of helping teams to deliver top company priorities with efficiency & predictability.

In this role, you will work within our Commerce organization, collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, & Design teams.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring clear project planning, transparent progress tracking, risk mitigation, & efficient delivery.

This is a NYC-based role working from our office 2 days per week. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management.

TPMs oversee the product development lifecycle end-to-end, including :

  • Creating clear & helpful plans throughout product discovery & delivery (scope, milestones, tasks, roles & responsibilities, risk mitigation, etc.)
  • Breaking down silos & bridging communication gaps across teams (Product, Engineering, Design, etc.)
  • Driving discovery momentum from ideation to defined scope & requirements
  • Tracking project status & reporting updates to project stakeholders
  • Evangelizing & coaching sound processes across the company (temporarily facilitating, if needed)

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical program manager (or similar) position, working through all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience working collaboratively across organizations, influencing without direct authority
  • Experience producing high-quality, intuitive documentation for internal tools & processes
  • Experience building & maintaining automated project dashboards
  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certifications are a plus

Cash Compensation Range : $126,500 - $203,550 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
